Killian Donnelly has just revealed on twitter that he will be starring alongside Beverley Knight in Memphis!

Loved the show on Broadway and would probably have gotten around to seeing it again in London at some point. but this news has just made this an absolute "must see". Killian will be amazing in this show.

I'm really happy for him, but don't really care for the show, so I'm kind of bummed out at the same time. Womp, oh well. LOL

Killian will be superb as Huey, he is perfect for the role. Cant help but think this could kill The Commitments though depending on what replacement they get.

I don't see why, no one outside of the hardcore theatre fans are going to see it because he is in it

Wouldn't say that. He was a highlight on all reviews of the production. I personally hadn't heard of him before The Commitments, i certainly wouldn't forget about him now. Only went back to see The Commitments for a second time because of him.
