Playbill shows March 30th for opening night. I haven't seen any discounts but I have not been looking I grabbed a ticket on Audience Rewards when they had a limited time offer. It was a great deal, it is gone now but keep an eye open it may become available again.

What's the seating like in the Richard Rogers theatre? I'm not too keen to spend $150+ on front mezzanine...there are $75+ tickets available for rear mezz, but how are the seats back there? Are these still decent or should I suck it up and spend a little more?

The rear mezzanine in this theater is fine. I sat there for In The Heights and could see everything. I've actually heard the rear orchestra is the worse place to sit in this theater.

Bumping this up, headed back to the city in June and want to see this. Any discounts at all?

The rear orchestra is horrible. The rear mezz for IF/THEN is perfectly fine, but don't expect to have a great view of facial expressions.

It's been on TKTS somewhat regularly since it opened and the first wave of Idina die-hards seems to have run out it's run of selling out the show. The lack of Tony noms will probably keep sales a little dampened into the summer, remains to be seen.

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

It sold 93% of its tickets last week, not sure why you make it seem like its on a huge downward spiral, heh.

Seriously? It's been grossing over a million (or close to it) every week since it open... What other new musical besides Aladdin and Beautiful can say that?

Jnb, if/then has been on the TKTS board since the first preview. Their advance was very good it will be late May and early June before we can tell whether the show will take a massive dive or not IMO.

"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022) "Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009) "Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000

Bumping this..... The only discounts I could find expire in November. Any chance there will be one released for late December?

I'm assuming they will release a discount once the current one expires or is about to expire. I doubt they will be charging full price even during the holidays.

Does anyone know where I can find discounts for November? I've had a look at some sites but it looks like I need a membership.

Playbill.com is really the only place where you can order discount tickets ahead of time. Membership is free and definitely worth it.

If/Then is up on TDF for MANY dates in Nov...check it out if you're a member.

I've had great luck with If/Then TDF seats. Usually in the orch, center.

Yes if you can, join TDF and buy a ticket online for $45 bucks.
You don't want to pay any more for this awful musical.

Trying to plan a trip to see this in January. How discounted are TKTS tickets on average for If/Then? I usually do general rush or standing room for shows and haven't used TKTS in years. Do you think it's worth it to join TDF instead of trying my luck on the day of the show?
