I was wondering how early you have to arrive to get rush tickets? I saw it at the globe and im glad to be hearing great things about the bway transfer.

I got there at 11 yesterday and easily got onstage tickets.

Is the rush general or student? How much? Thanks.

The rush is general (for everybody), and tickets are $27. Onstage and box seats. On their Facebook page, they said they'd be doing this kind of rush through Oct. 26 - but I can't imagine they wouldn't continue it! Unless word of mouth gets so strong all the seats sell out at full price. If you get an onstage seat, avoid row D!! That's the upper tier onstage, second row, and the railing/row C's heads will seriously block your view.

Is it cash only? Thanks for all the helpful answers to all the questions, everyone. Twelfth Night Rush

Cash only, but I don't know if there is a ticket limit.

It's not cash only- I was able to use my card for the tickets.

I imagine that if it gets strong reviews (and there's certainly no reason to doubt it will), they may limit the rush.

Whoops, sorry for the bad info! I guess I was thinking of standing room tickets for BoM or something.

No worries- cash only is a common policy for Broadway rush/lotto.

I got the to box office a little late today (around 1020) and was told there were no rush tickets remaining. In fact there were only two single tickets left in the entire house. Standing room, as usual, will not be available during previews.

Hi, has anyone tried rushing recently? How has it been on the weekdays? Thinking of going on Thursday. Thanks.

I was second on a line of only four people for yesterday afternoon's matinee and got a great rush onstage seat for $27. I arrived at 8:15 a.m. but didn't have to--the next person arrived at about 9:30. Fantastic view of probably the best mounting of a Shakespeare comedy I've ever seen. Highly recommended!

Anyone know how rush has been recently? I'm visiting NYC Jan 2-8 and really want to see this but it's completely sold out according to tele charge. Wondering if they're still doing a rush and if there's any decent chance of getting a ticket!

There is still a rush policy, but I believe it is based on availability and that no seats are specifically set aside, so if the show is already sold out standing room may be your only option.

Just got a ticket for Richard III on TDF. If I could've picked I would have liked to see Twelfth Night, but I'm so intrigued by the whole thing, I'll be happy to see ONE of them! I'm sure it will be amazing!

Has anyone tried rush recently? Also, is there an unofficial standing room policy? Someone else had mentioned it, but I was wondering if anyone had any success with it?

Rush is only offered if there are unsold lower box and stage seats. Check Telecharge the morning of and see if there tickets in either of those sections available. Twelfth Night is basically sold out every night so if you were looking to do that, you're probably out of luck. You have far better odds to get rush tickets to Richard III. In the past, I've gotten there around 8 and been 2nd or 3rd in line. They will sell standing room only when the show is completely sold out. Those go on sale when the box office opens if it's already sold out, or whenever it sells out during the day.

I rushed Richard yesterday and was able to get an upper box. There were about 11 people a head of me and I know by the time the people in front of me got to the window they were talking standing room for Twelfth Night. I'm not sure how the first few people faired. I know a month ago I was able to get a box for Twelfth night but I was second in line.

CarmenDeBris, what time did you get to the box office? I'm trying to decide whether to try for Twelfth Night / Richard III or Waiting for Godot / No Man's Land and would love to know if this is a viable option.

So if the show is sold out and I'm one of the first few I'll have no problem getting standing room?

Correct nbefeler. I believe there's around 16 standing room spots. I'm not 100% positive on that though.

I got to the box office at 10:10 on Sun and was 11th in line.
