I haven't counted, but it's most of them, some likelihood of all of them, as well as a couple that are no longer Broadway theatres for whatever reason.
My first Broadway show was A Chorus Line in 1977 followed by Annie the next night at the Alvin. I decided to make a list of all the Broadway houses and the first show I saw in each one. Very fond memories and a fun exercise to remember all of this. My love affair with Broadway continues

So I've been to 34 of the Broadway theatres. The one I've been to the most is the Circle in the Square. I've seen 4 shows there: Godspell, Soul Doctor, Lady Day & The River.
I love this question! Been living in West Coast, and only started going to Broadway in 2009, I'm surprised to find that I've been in 27 theaters (44 shows).
Here is the list of the 13 that I've never been to: 1. Brooks Atkinson 2. Broadhurst 3. Samuel J. Friedman 4. John Golden 5. Helen Hayes 6. Bernard B. Jacobs 7. Lunt-Fontanne 8. Majestic 9. Marquis 10. Music Box 11. Nederlander 12. St. James 13. August Wilson
Hope to reduce the number in February, as I'm planning to see A Delicate Balance (@ John Golden) and Constellations (@ Samuel Friedman).
Interestingly, 5 theaters sharing the most number of times (3 times in each): * Al Hirschfeld (Hair, How to Succeed, Kinky Boots) * Cort (No Man's Land, Waiting for Godot, The Cripple of Inishmaan) * Ethel Barrymore (Betrayal, A Raisin in the Sun, The Curious Incident) * Eugene O'Neill (Spring Awakening, Fela!, The Book of Mormon) * Gerald Schoenfeld (A Chorus Line, The Best Man, The Bridges of Madison County)

I'll be going back to NYC in a few days and just realized that I'll be going to theatres I've already been to (St James: Gypsy/Side Show, Stephen Sondheim: Trip to Bountiful/Beautiful and Lyceum The Realistic Joneses/Disgraced)
Oh well, I guess that means I'll have to come back...

"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage."
