Oh sweet Lord. They need someone fierce

^ That's the truth! If they go with an understudy (both Julia Mattison and Hannah Elles cover "Lindsay"), I hope they go with Julia.
Swit's been in rehearsal for a while now.

I understand that they plan to replace the existing cast with real show biz names. Don't let anyone know this, but John Stamos has been approached about replacing Corbin Bleu as Jesus in July.

John Stamos did so well boosting "Bye Bye Birdie" sales didn't he?
That's why he's the obvious choice for this role. BTW: I can't wait to hear Corine's rendition of "Learn Your Lessons Well" Which track will Pia Zadora be assuming?

Marian Seldes is replacing her.
Sad news! I've always liked the way Zadora could caress a lyric. Seldes might be very good. I loved her in SWEET CHARITY.
I was being sarcastic because it was one of the biggest flops that year.

Keep it quiet, but I've heard Struthers was approached to take Morgan James' track and turned it down to go into rehearsal for Newsies.
"I was being sarcastic because it was one of the biggest flops that year." People are being sarcastic in this thread?
Hark! When have people been sarcastic on BWW? That's unfortunate about Struthers. She'd have been marvelous in the Morgan James track. Jackie Chan is set for the Telly Cheung track, though. Didn't know he could play the piano. However he'll be great on those trampolines!
