I'm seeing 'The Mystery of Edwin Drood' at tomorrow's matinee -- does anyone know if there are any places to eat in the area? Nothing fancy, just for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

There are a couple of eating places a few minutes away from the Landor, which is just a few minutes walk from Clapham North Tube station. They also do bar meals at the Landor, where I have eaten many times - it's pretty good. (Fish and chips is great!)

I saw Drood a couple of weeks ago - it's a brilliant production!

There's an Italian place right across the from the tube station, on the east side - en route to the Landor. It's always crowded which tells me it must serve good food. And, as Bob says, the Landor Pub itself has a wide-ranging menu. I can't vouch for the food but I can for the house red wine.

Thanks, Bob! Thanks, mallard! I don't know why I didn't get that the Landor has food there, too. Not the brightest here...

I'm glad you recommend it, Bob -- it's one of my favourite musicals! I saw the original on Broadway and worked on a couple. I just love it, so I'm excited to see it in an intimate space!
