I learned that during the 2nd Fredi thread. It's really very useful. Aigoo ought to add that to her FAQ.
"`I grow old... I grow old... I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.` What does that mean, Mr. Marlowe?"
"Not a bloody thing. It just sounds good."
He smiled. "That is from the `Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.` Here's another one. `In the room women come and go/Talking of Michael Angelo.' Does that suggest anything to you, sir?"
"Yeah -- it suggests to me that the guy didn't know very much about women."
"My sentiments exactly, sir. Nonetheless I admire T. S. Eliot very much."
"Did you say, 'nonetheless'?"

Yeah, I've been using that for a while...not only because it takes you to the last page, but you don't have to have the "unbolded" thread titles, which annoy me for whatever.
The smallest stream is a valent river. It will drown me if it can.
Duh, I didn't know it either. I often wondered why they didn't have a short cut, but not enough to actually ask about it.
Thanks cturtle!
Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be enbered with your old nonsense. ~ Emerson
When you're on the main board looking at the threads, click on the last comment column of the thread you want to read, and it'll bring you right to the last page.

Oh I see, but all it does is save one click, right? the other way, you'd have to click on the thread you want, then on the number of the last page. Yay, thanks for the explanation. I'm slow all the time, not just in the am.
"I am open, and I am willing,
For to be hopeless would seem so strange.
It dishonors those who go before us,
So lift me up to the light of change."

Thanks, cturtle. I had no idea, either, but then, I'm not the brightest bulb on the marquee when it comes to message boards (or most else, come to that).
"And the postman sighed as he scratched his head, you really rather thought she ought to be dead..."
The unbolded thing just puzzles me - I like knowing which threads I've already looked at.
Anyway, I wish I'd figured out last comment clicking a year ago, I could have saved a few hours. Here's another shortcut if you're posting a lot on one thread. You can go directly to the reply page by finding the BWW page in your history that ends with "Resource on the Internet." At least that's the way it looks on my computer.
