Oh, Friday Night Lights. How I miss you. I still can't believe something so beautifully written, acted and directed aired on network television. (Yeah, except for the murder subplot)
Friday Night Lights, of course. Lost (some of the time) and Fringe (most of the time). Firefly and some of Buffy. Currently, I think the best-written show on TV is definitely The Good Wife.
I watch Friday Night Lights every year, then wait another year and watch it again. I will do this forever. The brilliance of that show is astounding. Goddamn I miss Dillon.
I am happy to see some people mention Friday Night Lights. It had some wonderful character development. I also feel that The West Wing and The Simpsons have both have had wonderful writing.
