Goodnight Moon Reopened at Glen Echo Park with Added Performances

After 19 total cancelled performances and a loss of over $60,000, Adventure Theatre MTC has reopened and extended Goodnight Moon, recommended for all ages. An extension through November 3 has been added for this production as well as 7pm and 4:30pm all weekend show dates to accommodate ticketed patrons. A 501c3, Adventure Theatre MTC receives no federal funding, but is located on National Park Grounds in historicGlen Echo Park.

Added performances include:

October 19 at 7pm

October 20 at 4:30pm & 7pm

October 25 at 7pm

October 26 at 7pm

October 27 at 4:30pm & 7pm

October 29 at 10:30am
October 30 at 10:30am

October 31 at 10:30am

November 1 at 10:30am & 7pm

November 2 at 11am, 2pm, 4:30pm, & 7pm
November 3 at 11am, 2pm, 4:30pm, & 7pm

"We are so happy children will be able to see this highly acclaimed show," says Michael J. Bobbitt, Producing Artistic Director and Choreographer of Goodnight Moon. "We have been working tirelessly too with the actors to try to extend the run to accommodate all patrons with tickets, and we are so grateful to all our audience members who have been really amazing during this difficult time for the theatre. We want to give them the best show possible, and they will not be disappointed."

In addition to the added shows, performances will run as scheduled for October 19-27.

ATMTC's relocated Annual Gala will be held at the Bethesda Ballroom, 5521 Landy Lane, Bethesda 20816 November 7 at 6:30pm with special guest Broadway's Liz Callaway (Baby, Miss Saigon, The Look of Love) and Guy Raz of NPR.
