One of reality television's most notable competitions concludes tonight. A winner will be crowned. Someone will cry. Well, multiple someones might cry. DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS has named their three finalists, and one will finish out the week with some toned biceps - from hauling around the mirrorball trophy on the daytime talk show circuit.

Whether or not DANCING WITH THE STARS is your guilty pleasure and set for a season pass on TiVo, whether it's something you hate or love or hate-to-love, this season is essentially over. Tonight is the final performance episode of DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS, and tomorrow, America and the judges will place that glitzy trophy in a contestant's hand. For the first time in the series' history, that hand will undoubtedly be a female's.

With only a week left in this season's DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS - though still plenty of time for another trip to the hospital - two competitors must pack their bags, wipe that glitter/sweat combo from their brows, and head home. We're at the tail end of this season's DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS. It's a little bit like the last day of middle school, isn't it? We can only hope it gets a little bit better from here.

Now that we're down to the nitty-gritty of DANCING WITH THE STARS, (or, at least as much 'grittiness' as possible) fan-favorites are all on the chopping-block. This late into the game, with next week being the semi-finals, only text messages and the flail-about voting methods of Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba separate the contestants from the proverbial blade. Len Goodman's scoring record is sound.

In POTTED POTTER, comedic duo Dan Clarkson and Jeff Turner break down the 4,224 pages of the Harry Potter saga, the 20 hours of film, and the childhood of generation Y into a concise parody running at 70 minutes - complete with quidditch, props, offbeat songs, and every beloved character in the wizarding world.

It's double-elimination week on DANCING. Ahh, yeah. Cue the fireworks, cue the victory dance, cue the dramatic intros and sobs and cheering and flying rainbow-colored horses. Double-elimination is like a snow day. It's like a snow day of ice cream on top of another snow day of pizza!

Jessy Schram, at the age of 26, has made quite a name for herself on television shows with devoted fan bases: from VERONICA MARS to FALLING SKIES, she has received the same sort of devout following as the show's she's starred on. And LAST RESORT appears to be no different as she continues to win over viewers as the wife of "Sam Kendal" (Scott Speedman), Christine.

In honor of the exorbitantly important elimination tomorrow - you know, the one that will essentially determine what sort of country America will come to be known as in the near-future (also, vote) - DANCING WITH THE STARS is foregoing their own elimination this week. Instead, we'll be treated to a double-elimination next week.

There have been few comedians capable of leaving an untouchable mark on pop culture and television - but if there is one who undoubtedly has, it was the indelible Lucille Ball. Sirena Irwin was the woman chosen to bring the legendary lady to life in I LOVE LUCY: LIVE ON THE STAGE, the woman chosen to don the fashionable 50s garb, to make the staple physicality and verbal comedy of Ball her own.

As if "Country Week" wasn't bad enough, it also brought with it one appalling elimination. ATTENTION READERS: a good number of you are going to be pretty upset. Tonight's shocker is only second to earlier this season when Bristol Palin wasn't sent home. So, uh, keep reading - or don't if you're prone to destroying your television and/or computer with a hammer.

Hurricane Sandy may have bumped most original programming from the air tonight - but not even she can keep the pseudo-celebs of DANCING WITH THE STARS from stomping across that stage.

Jaleel White is currently settling into the role of host for season two of Syfy's runaway reality-terror show, "Total Blackout." He's arguably best known for playing the suspenders-donning, slightly abrasive, and yet so annoyingly lovable Steve Urkel on "Family Matters." Most recently, he was a contestant on "Dancing with the Stars" last spring, coming in X place. White also has numerous television credits to his name, aside from Urkel, including the hit shows "Psych," and "House." He has also appeared in the film adaptation of "Dreamgirls," and "Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer."

ATTENTION EVERYONE: We will not get to send someone home this week. Elimination was were replaced by a bunch of so-so dances, instead. And so many insanely awkward televised moments that luckily ABC doesn't have to apologize for because everyone expects Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli to act like complete crazed loons! Wahooooo. For them to do otherwise would be heresy.

Well, we're going to be deprived of an elimination this week - thanks to the third Presidential Debate tonight. So, yes. No elimination. It's solely a performance week, billed as "Guilty Pleasures" with the competitors split across two nights, where a group will perform their freestyle routine collectively, and the other group will give their individual performances. Oh, and hey! We're down to a single hour of broadcast. Bazing.

It was like dodge ball day in middle school P.E. class on the DANCING WITH THE STARS stage tonight. The competitors, for next week's performances, were divvied up between two teams for freestyle routines: one led by Gilles Marini, the other by Shawn Johnson, the two highest scoring contestants from last night. They obviously chose their teammates based off of their fashion sense and mastery of the Shrinky Dink craft and/or physical ability to throw a red rubber ball. Okay, maybe not. Regardless of their methods, the list of teams is below:

Tonight's decision of inviting Paula Abdul to guest judge on the same panel as Carrie Ann Inaba, an act known as turning the entire cock-a-doodie universe on its head, can only be described as either the most ingenious or most cruel thing broadcast television has ever done to an audience. I mean, those women, as shrill and confusing as they are, make for great TV.

After last night's opening to Iconic Dance Week on DANCING WITH THE STARS, Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas found themselves shuffling their tap shoes, heads down in defeat at the bottom of the score board. After hearing some viewers' opinions on her performance/personality, Bristol (like her mother) seems to suffer from the "Palin Syndrome": a pop culture infection that basically makes everyone wish you would go away.

There are some nights when DANCING WITH THE STARS is just completely overdone. When it traipses from drag-Cher glam to distracting. This was the case with tonight's episode of DANCING WITH THE STARS: ALL STARS. Sometimes it just makes you wonder if, when it comes to costuming and scripting and effects and adjectives, the cast threw a wine, craft, and vodka day at the studio.
