The 2013/2014 National Tour of the new musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY, based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams, will make its San Antonio premiere for eight performances, May 7-12 at the Majestic Theatre as part of the Cadillac Broadway in San Antonio series. Individual tickets for THE ADDAMS FAMILY go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, February 8.

Actor and comedian Chris Tucker's trademarked style, incomparable delivery, impeccable comedic timing, and signature voice make him one of today's premiere entertainers. Tucker brings his stand-up show to Bass Concert Hall on Friday, May 3. The Woodlawn Theatre has been a part of San Antonio for many years. It has delivered wonderful shows to its audiences over the years. This year is no different. Recently playing there was THE LITTLE MERMAID, JR. with its aspiring cast and it was a delight to all who attended.

John Michael Presney is currently on tour with MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET travelling throughout the United States. He shares with Broadway World his dreams and music and he discusses his future too.

Martin Kaye has been performing since he could talk. He remembers spending time with his aunt and uncle at the theater and on the stage. His father taught him how to play the piano and his passion has always been music. Martin has been traveling all across the United States playing Jerry Lee Lewis in MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and recently moved to the Vegas production where he continues to play the role. He brings energy and enthusiasm to the role and he also brings his new bride with him as well. Martin shared his experiences of being on the road with MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET and then his transition to the Vegas stage.

This is a season of Cadillac Broadway in San Antonio Season unlike any other, featuring six show-stopping productions and a 'popular' season special.

Buyi Zama was born in South Africa and enjoyed many opportunities to travel all over the world. Now, Buyi is enjoying the experience of traveling all over the United States as she plays Rafiki with the tour of THE LION KING. I recently had the opportunity to ask Buyi Zama questions about her experiences playing Rafiki with the tour.

Ramin Karimloo is known for his portrayal of Phantom in the 25th Anniversary of Phantom of the Opera and Enjolras in the 25th Anniversary of Les Miserables. But, Ramin is also known for his own music and a sound that he refers to as 'Broadgrass.' Ramin came to Texas to share with high school students in Austin, Dallas and Texarkana his vast musical knowledge and experience. He also performed at 3 high schools his 'Broadgrass' style of music. As I sat down to chat with Ramin, he shared with me his experiences in Texas and more.

The story is over 100 years old, yet it continues to attract many to see it and hear its story of lost youth and everyone's desire to never forget their own youth. Cathy Rigby is PETER PAN as it sweeps across the country with a great company.

The real Frank Abagnale, Jr. will be in San Antonio and take questions from audience members after the Saturday, October 27th evening performance.

CATCH ME IF YOU CAN started its U.S. Tour in Providence Rhode Island this week. As the tour begins, there are many cities along the way they will stop in. Merritt David Janes, who plays the role of Carl Hanratty, is looking forward to a return visit to San Antonio as one of the early stops on this brand new tour. As Merritt shared experiences, it was easy to see why he was a perfect fit for this role in CATCH ME IF YOU CAN.

Austin, Texas rocked last night. It really rocked; at least at the Long Center where ROCK OF AGES was playing its first show of the week. ROCK OF AGES is currently touring around the country performing in front of incredible audiences and making them stand up and dance.

Dominique Scott was born and raised in South Florida where his passion for music began. Currently playing Drew in the enormously popular Rock of Ages and touring around the United States, Dominique took a few minutes to answer some questions for Broadway World.

Brian Regan is a comedian who has been performing since the 1980s. He first got the bug to do comedy while in college at Heidelberg College in Ohio. He was majoring in Communication and Theatre Arts. When he heard the audiences' reaction to his comedic lines in a play he was in, Brian was hooked. Ever since then, Brian has been working at refining his talent and entertaining audiences all over. He continues to draw sell-out crowds and a diverse audience. His comedy is the kind that many can relate to and you wouldn't be afraid to repeat to your boss or your children. Brian recently shared with me some of his memories of his career as well as his enthusiasm for comedy.

Jason Forbach has always had music in his heart. As a child, he enjoyed listening to music with his headphones and singing along. As he grew, he knew that music was the passion he wanted to pursue.

Ian Patrick Gibb is currently touring with the LES MISÉRABLES U.S. Tour playing Jean Prouvaire and understudying for Marius. He recently released a new CD called "Fill in the Words." It is a compilation of songs defining the many meanings of the word "Love."
