That extra hour of daylight - it doesn't fade the curtains or take the chill off the champagne on Sydney's beautiful Pittwater, but it can play havoc with your tennis schedule! Not to mention that extra hour of dalliance when an old flame from the past arrives in town unexpectedly.

While Tom is away, an old boyfriend pays a surprise visit to his wife at home. Her plans for a candle-lit reunion go awry when her highly-stressed neighbour and her mother drop in.

Written by one of our greatest playwrights, Nick Enright, this play won a Writer’s Guild Gold AWGIE in 1990. Nick, who passed away in 2003, wrote the book for the musical, The Boy From Oz and the screenplay for the film Lorenzo’s Oil.
