Austin-based, women-led independent theatre company The Filigree Theatre has announced the third and final show of their third season (extended due to COVID hiatus), the World Premiere of 'LIFTED,' a modern meditation on the tale of Icarus, by playwright Charlie Thurston.

This odd question sparks a firestorm in Yasmina Reza's Tony and Olivier Award winning comedic masterpiece about the lives of three old friends, the meaning of art and life, and the lengths we go – however, joyful, painful, or maddening – to protect those we care about.
This holiday season, The City Theatre serves up hilarity with the Austin premiere comedy 5 Lesbians Eating a Quiche. Lot of laughs are the order of the day as this cult favorite of theatre companies nationwide dishes up a fun and farcical celebration of sisterhood and survival.
