God has a feminine side. Need convincing?

Active Christian and entrepreneur Heidi Lee highlights God's "softer" side in her new social commentary, "Wisdom is a Woman," a step-by-step correlation between Godly wisdom and women.

"The Church has been, all unknowingly, polluted by social and gender roles within the fallen world," Lee says. "As a result, portions of Scripture have been overlooked or misinterpreted."

"Wisdom is a Woman" examines the well-known story of Adam and Eve, Proverbs 31 and two men in the Old Testament most renowned for wisdom to make its case that both men AND women were created in God's image.

The message that God is both male and female, as portrayed through Lee's examination of Scripture and women's role in the Church and in society, urges readers to think outside the box and reconsider the "truths" in their own lives.

"God's wisdom provides surprising benefits for those who seek Him," Lee says. "But the truly wonderful part is that we cannot learn from, or even meet, Lady Wisdom without delving deep into the Holy Mystery and growing in our relationship with our Lord."
