On last night's The Voice on NBC, Broadway's own Sasha Allen caused a sensation when she performed the Dixie Chick's 'Not Ready to Make Nice' during the competition's Blind Auditions Round. The 'Hair' star's performance not only prompted all four judges to turn their chairs around, but also brought judge Adam Levine to his feet for a standing ovation.

It was then up to Allen to decide whose team she wanted to join - Levine, Blake Shelton, or new judges Shakira and Usher. After some deep soul searching, the singer decided to go with past champion Adam Levine. Showing good sportsmanship, Usher predicted that the competitor had a good chance of "winning this whole thing!"

Below, check out Allen's performance as well as a backstage interview after the show. BWW will be following her progress throughout the competition - be sure to show your support as the season continues!
