Damian Lewis appeared on last night's Jimmy Kimmel LIVE on ABC and chatted about his Broadway experiences in Hamlet as well as his starring role in the award-winning Showtime drama 'Homeland' opposite Tony-Award winner Mandy Patinkin.

The actor recalled a day on the set in which Patinkin caught him humming a tune from the Sondheim classic 'Into The Woods', and soon found himself singing a duet with the Broadway vet! Check out the interview below!

Lewis is best known for his role as Soames Forsyte in the ITV remake of The Forsyte Saga. His other TV credits include Detective Charlie Crews in the NBC drama Life and Major Richard Winters in the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers. He currently stars as Marine Sergeant Nicholas Brody in the Showtime series Homeland, which earned him an Emmy win in 2012. On Broadway, the actor appeared in Hamlet in 1995.
