Broadway vet Alison Pill stopped by last night's Conan on TBS and shared her secret for handling stage fright in front of a live audience. "You pick someone in that crowd that looks like a dick," she explained. "And then you say to that person, without them knowing, 'that guy is going to get the best show of his life!' Pill began her career on TV's The Book of Daniel. She is best known for her roles in the films Milk (2008), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and Midnight in Paris (2011) and the television series In Treatment (2009), The Pillars of the Earth (2010) and The Newsroom (2012-present).

Her Broadway credits include The House of Blue Leaves, The Miracle Worker, Mauritius and The Lieutenant of Inishmore
