Due to the overwhelming success of their production of "Dixie Swim Club", the Hill Country Community Theatre is presenting another rollicking Southern comedy by playwrights Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooden. In "The Hallelujah Girls", the feisty females of Eden Falls, Georgia, decide to shake up their lives. Hilarity abounds in the SPA-DEE-DAH!, an abandoned church-turned-day-spa where this group of friends gathers every Fridayafternoon.

After the loss of a dear friend, the women realize time is precious, and if they're going to change their lives and achieve their dreams, they have to get on it now! But Sugar Lee, their high-spirited, determined leader, has her hands full keeping the women motivated. The ensemble cast features Sharon Penny as Carlene Travis, Mary Beth Madsen as Nita Mooney, Linda Mayo as Mavis Flowers, Kay Baker as Crystal Hart, Charity Heisler as Sugar Lee Thompkins, Francie Dix as Bunny Sutherland, Patrick Lescarbeau as Bobby Dwayne Dillahunt and David Sweigart as Porter Padgett).

The Hill Country Community Theatre's mission is to present and promote quality theatre activities and programs that entertain, educate and encourage community participation in the support of performance and related cultural arts. Since 1985, the Hill Country Community Theatre has served the public as a showcase for extraordinary local talent. HCCT is one of the oldest continuously operating community theatres in Texas.
