The Really Big Chorus is the world's largest community chorus, with over 10,000 active members. 90 singers from the UK, US, Australia, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain join together for this performance to commemorate the 15th anniversary of 9/11. Brian Kay will conduct Fauré's Requiem. They return 5 years after their first engagement with DCINY, where they were invited to perform at the Lincoln Center for the tenth anniversary of 9/11. This performance in the architecturally stunning St Bartholomew's Episcopal Church is a part of the remembrance day commemoration: partly a memorial and partly a celebration of life and music.
