On Tuesday April 22, The Dramaturgy Open Office Hour Project will launch its weekly session at The Drama Book Shop.

Free and open to anyone interested in attending, the project is designed to provide resources to playwrights, actors, directors, devisers, and any other theater artists who feel they could benefit from speaking with a dramaturg. Artists are encouraged to stop by with questions about research, project brainstorming, play structure, script submission, text analysis, theatrical canon; for grant/fellowship proposal editing or proofreading; or simply to discuss their work with some interested colleagues.

Every Tuesday from 4 to 7pm, the project's founder, dramaturg Jeremy Stoller, will be joined by a guest dramaturg to offer services. The guest for the 4/22 launch is Janice Paran.

The project will be documented at opendramaturgy.blogspot.com, and through its Facebook page, facebook.com/opendramaturgy.

The Drama Book Shop is located at 250 West 40th Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues.
