Work is already underway for the 34th season of the Festival with scenes chosen for this year's BPF Freefall event. The event will feature readings of eight 10-minute scenes from plays submitted for next year's Festival, under the title, A Tantalizing Taste. These plays are being considered for public readings and possible production by Baltimore community theaters in the Summer of 2015. The scenes will be performed by some of Baltimore's best community theater actors and the playwrights will be on hand to answer questions and talk about theater with the audience. Free refreshments will be provided after the event.

A Tantalizing Taste will be held October 23rd at the Vagabond Players, 806 S Broadway, Baltimore, MD 21231 and the plays to be featured are:

Discount Cigarettes by Jim Sheehan

Glass House by Jonathan Sachsman

Home With The Brave by Barry Trick

Long Live the Pig! by Barbara Barnow
