Take CARRIE to the Prom in Theatrical, Immersive Movie Screening Tonight with Little Cinema

If you've got a taste for terror, take Carrie to the prom. Join Little Cinema for an immersive screening of the classic 1976 film, Carrie, blended with 10 dancers, a live cellist, fire performers, and an audio visual DJ in a true mixed media spectacle that only Little Cinema can deliver, tonight, October 25th and tomorrow, October 26th, at House of Yes.

The show is a theatrical, cross-disciplinary hybridization integrating dance performances by The Love Show, a newly created score performed live by cellist, Brent Arnold, fire performances by John O'Mahoney (Queen of the Night), and live audio/visual mixing of the film with additional visuals by CHNNLS. You can expect surprise aerial performances, magic, blood, and Little Cinema's patented mix of celluloid and mayhem -- think Fuerza Bruta meets The Rocky Horror Picture Show! The Love Show is a theatrical Dance Company based in Brooklyn that combines cabaret, ballet, rock, comedy and theater into creative performances all over the US and beyond. The Love Show has entertained all audiences, rocking stages from Lebowskifest to The Public's Shakespeare in The Park. The Love Show was commissioned to perform original choreography for clients including Banksy, Veuve Clicquot, Bacardi, and Vogue Magazine.
