TV: Barbra Streisand Announces Support for Women's Heart Center

Barbra Streisand has recorded a new public service announcement to officially launch a new project on behalf of the Women's Heart Center at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute. It's a very busy time for the star, who will next film an appearance on Oprah on November 10th - to air on November 16th. 

Set for release on November 16th, 2010 is a new 288-page, photo filled book entitled 'My Passion for Design', which is a great deal currently on sale at Amazon.com for a phenomenal price of $32.40. A higher-priced limited, personally autographed edition, including a DVD will be available on November 24, 2010.

She'll then be seen on the big screen, in the upcoming "Little Fockers" movie set to be released on Dec. 22.

It was also announced that she will perform on Friday, February 11, 2010 as she is honored as the GRAMMY Awards MusiCares Person of the Year.

With all of this activity, there's no doubt that the star is still at the top of her game and that a GRAMMY Award for LOVE IS THE ANSWER is totally within her grasp!

I hope to raise $10M dollars (of which I will match up to $5M) for research, treatment and education on women's heart disease.
