Short Film with Jackson Available on On Demand

This month Filmingk's distributor, Big Film Shorts, inked a deal with Comcast Cable to distribute Curiosity, starring Broadway's Cheyenne Jackson, throughout North America.  

The film is available free to Comcast subscribers via their Select On Demand menu, under "Cutting Edge" until February of next year.

"It all began when Filmingk started distributing this 'taut and edgy thriller' about a young man who discovers a DVD on the streets of New York by doing just that.  We left copies of the DVD all over the East Village of Manhattan, with frightening results," state press notes.  "It went on to North American distribution on the shorts compilation DVD 'Celebrity Mix' from TLA Releasing in January this year.  Curiosity continues to spread with the release of TLA's 'Celebrity Mix' DVD in France and the UK.  In December, the film enters its 4th month of terrifying audiences all across South America on Cinemax."

Jackson's Broadway credits include All Shook Up, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Aida.  He was among the premiere cast of Altar Boyz, is a member of the Broadway Inspirational Voices, and has appeared regionally in West Side Story, The Most Happy Fella, Children of Eden, Hair, Carousel, Damn Yankees and Kismet. He was recently seen in a featured role in the film United 93. He will next star opposite Victoria Clark in Nicky Silver's Off-Broadway play The Agony and the Agony.
