Seattle Comedy Group, best known for their flagship show ComedySportz, will be calling the Fremont neighborhood their permanent home in less than a month.

Beginning February 7th fans and newcomers alike can enjoy SCG at their new location, opportunely located in the heart of Fremont's eclectic and vibrant nightlife scene. The Atlas Theatre, which is only steps from the Lenin Statue, has been vacant since its former residents, the Empty Space Theatre Company, closed the doors in 2006. Seattle Comedy Group is elated to breathe new life into this charismatic venue, while adding a comedy option to one of Seattle's most lively and intriguing neighborhoods.

In just a short year and a half, the hilarious, fast-paced and competitive improv style of ComedySportz has brought Seattle audiences into fits of laughter. This entirely improvised show, which pits two teams of comedians in a battle of wits, is funny enough for bachelor parties and clean enough to bring the kids. It's no wonder ComedySportz is rated 5 stars on Yelp and was chosen as Seattle's #1 Comedy Club by USA Today Travel.

Come see ComedySportz every Friday and Saturday at 8pm and 10pm at their new home, The Atlas Theatre 3509 Fremont Ave N, Seattle, WA 98103. All tickets are $14 and are available at seattlecomedygroup.com or on the ComedySportz Seattle Facebook Fan Page.

All-ages performances. Free street parking and pay-lots nearby. Beer and wine available to +21 guests.
