Scripps Ranch Theatre to Produce VANYA AND SONIA AND MASHA AND SPIKE By Christopher Durang

Scripps Ranch Theatre presents VANYA and SONIA and MASHA and SPIKE by Christopher Durang. The performances take place at Scripps Ranch Theatre on the Campus of Alliant International University from September 9th - October 10th. The production is helmed by acclaimed San Diego Director, Kathy Brombacher.

Vanya and his adopted sister, Sonia live a quiet life in the Pennsylvania farmhouse where they grew up. Their peace is disturbed when their movie star sister Masha returns unannounced with her twenty-something boy toy, Spike. A weekend of hysterical rivalry, regret and raucousness begins.

The cast includes 2015 San Diego Critic's Circle award-winner, Dana Hooley with a strong team of professional San Diego Artists.
