Robi Hager, of the Tony Award-winning musical Spring Awakening, will make his solo debut January 18th at Joe's Pub.

Chronicling Robi's journey from Mexico City to New York ten years ago, the show will feature Robi with a five-piece band performing original arrangements of classic songs by Rufus Wainwright, The Eagles, Simon & Garfunkel, Billy Joel and more. Robert Felstein (Musical Director of The Fantasticks) co-arranged with Robi and will provide musical direction for the concert.

Robi will be joined on stage by his siblings John Hager, Jr. and Daniele Hager and his father, John Hager, will play the trombone. The rest of the band will include Thad DeBrock on guitar, Alan Stevens Hewitt on bass, Alisa Horn on cello and Alex Rivas on drums.

Hager also appeared in last year's Broadway revival of Bye Bye Birdie (u/s Conrad Birdie), as well as the national tour of Spring Awakening. He can be heard on the Grammy-winning original cast recording of Spring Awakening.

Joe's Pub is located in The Public Theatre at 425 Lafayette Street. Tickets are $20 and available by calling 212.967.7555, visiting joespub.com or in person at The Public Theatre Box Office at Joe's Pub. Table reservations are encouraged: 212.539.8778.
