Daniel Reichard, who stars as Bob Gaudio in the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Jersey Boys, will appear in his own concert entitled "Daniel Reichard: Christmas in Black and White" at The Metropolitan Room (34 West 22nd St., between 5th & 6th Ave) on Monday, December 18th at 10 PM.

"Christmas in Black and White" "takes the audience back to the songs of the 20s, 30s, 40s and beyond.  Reichard sings the music of Gershwin, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Rodgers and Hart, Harold Arlen, and others.  Backed by a chamber band (cello, violin, guitar, and piano) and visited by several special guests, Daniel will sing some classic Christmas songs made famous by such artists as Bing Crosby, Mel Torme, and Dean Martin. The concert is a throwback to those great old black-and-white television specials. Maybe by the end of the night, we will get to color," according to press notes.

Reichard will be joined onstage by Kelli O'Hara (Tony nominee for The Pajama Game), J. Robert Spencer (Jersey Boys), Joey Dudding (A Chorus Line), and others.

Jersey Boys marks Reichard's Broadway debut. He has previously been seen on New York stages in Forbidden Broadway: 20th Anniversary Celebration, Radiant Baby at the Public Theater, and The Thing About Men. He created the role of Bob Gaudio at the La Jolla Playhouse.

Tickets to "Christmas in Black and White" are $20.00 each plus a 2 beverage minimum. Reservations can be made by calling The Metropolitan Room at 212-206-0440.
