After a standing-room only November show, Reverend Mooney's Comedy Confessional returns on Sunday, December 14th. Ordained Minister Maribeth Mooney will welcome host Chris Williams (Gotham Comedy Club), Miguel Dalmau (Gotham Comedy Live), Blair Socci (Nacho Bitches), Emma Willman (New York Comedy Festival) and headliner Adrienne Iapalucci (David Letterman/Last Comic Standing).

Reverend Mooney will be hearing confessions and offering absolution all night so come and get your soul cleansed, your belly laughs rolling and drink some morality moonshine. All sinners over 21 are welcome. Absolution Fabulous!

"I wanted to combine my love of being a minister and marrying people with my love of comedy. They both bring people together and are joyous!" said Ordained Minister and show creator Maribeth Mooney.

Maribeth Mooney (Producer) is a comedian, storyteller, and writer based in New York City. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre from DeSales University and is the creator and host of Moons Over My Hammy at Otto's Shrunken Head. Moons Over My Hammy is a showcase of storytelling and stand-up that has been running for over three years. In addition she is the producer and host of Stand Up for Estro, part of the International Estrogenius Festival: A celebration of Female Voices. The festival takes place every fall in Manhattan. Miss Mooney is a citizen of both the USA and Ireland. Her essays have been published in The Rumpus and McSweeney's.

Adrienne Iapalucci (Headliner) can be seen touring comedy clubs and colleges around the country. Comedy fans might recognize Adrienne from her performances as a semifinalist on season 7 of NBC's Last Comic Standing and her recent appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman. Adrienne has been featured in the Daily News, New York Times, Reader's Digest, and TimeOut NY magazine. In 2010 Adrienne made her international debut as part of Montreal's Just For Laughs Festival, where she took part in "New Faces."
