Looks like reality TV fans have not seen the last of former REAL HOUSEWIVES OF NEW JERSEY star Dina Manzo. According to Deadline.com, Manzo has signed on to star in a new docu-reality series which will be produced by Today show weatherman Al Roker and his Al Roker Entertainment company.

According to the report, the new series, "will document Dina's new chapter." Last week, Manzo announced that she will be divorcing her husband of seven years, Tommy Manzo. Ironically, the couple's 2005 wedding was the subject of another reality show, VH1's My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding.

Said Roker of the upcoming project, "This collaboration will be an opportunity for Dina's fans to go behind the scenes into her world - which is different than most people would expect." Added Manzo, "I think viewers will be surprised at the type of show this will be."

Manzo is best known for her appearance on the first season and a half of Bravo's hit Real Housewives Of New Jersey. She currently stars in the HGTV series Dina's Party. Al Roker Entertainment's series credits include The Weather Channel's Coast Guard Alaska and episodes of HGTV's Celebrity Holiday Homes.
