The evening featured a performance by Tony-nominee Barbara Walsh and savory and sweet dishes prepared by chefs from several of the city's most celebrated restaurants.

Participating chefs include Chef George Mendes of Aldea, Chef David DeCarlo of Angus McIndoe, Chef Jehangir Mehta of Graffiti, Chef Nancy Olson of Gramercy Tavern, Chef Mikey Price of Market Table, Chef Josh Eden of Shorty's 32, Steve Liebowitz, owner of Guss Pickles, and Thiru "Dosa Man" Kumar, NY Dosas (recipient of the 2007 Vendy Award).
