Pitch Me This (PMT) Productions announces it's next musical theater concert-HOUSTON SINGS: a young artist showcase-which will feature 8 high school-aged musical theater artists from across the Greater Houston Area. Utilizing rock-style MT songs and contemporary Pop Music songs, HOUSTON SINGS will offer an exciting look at the future of Houston's performing arts scene. Aside from producing a full-scale concert around these students, PMT will also host a series of talkback sessions with Houston-area artistic directors, freelance directors, and professional actors for the cast of HOUSTON SINGS.

"We want to engage with the next generation of Houston performing artists in a meaningful and impactful way-so the PMT staff and production team is going to produce a full-scale musical theater/pop music concert around young Houston artists, and we are going to offer our professional and industry resources to help those young artists become more initiated in the Houston performing arts scene." - Eduardo Guzman, PMT Founder/Music Director

The HOUSTON SINGS production team includes Eduardo Guzman (music director), Bret Gardner (producer), Travis Kirk Coombs (show content/development), Kyle Crawford (auditions/casting), Lauren Saenz (marketing intern), and Chaney Moore (stage manager).

HOUSTON SINGS will run one weekend only: June 4-7, 2015 at 8:00pm at Ovations Night Club, with a Sunday matinee beginning at 5:00pm. General admission tickets ($25) are on sale now. To purchase tickets or for more information, visit pitchmethis.com.
