Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris, the hit revival now playing at The Zipper Theatre (336 West 37th Street), has announced the newest guest in a series of Sunday post-performance talk backs.

"These talk backs offer a forum to begin a progressive discussion on the political relevance of Brel and his music.  On Sunday, November 26th, following the 3pm performance, Elly Stone, part of the 1968 original Jacques Brel cast, and wife of Eric Blau, who adapted "Brel's" lyrics from French to English, will be on hand to discuss comparisons between the original production and the current production, mounted almost 40 years later.  How has the show changed in the four decades since it was last seen off-Broadway?  How has is stayed the same?  Moderated by the show¹s producer, Dan Whitten, the cast will also be on hand to offer their thoughts and opinions," state press materials.

Producer Whitten says, "Brel's songs are as relevant today as they were in 1968.   These talk backs, a result of comments made by audience members, will serve as a catalyst for discussion and debate in this time of war and social challenge."

In honor of the year that Jacques Brel first opened at the Village Gate Theatre, all tickets for the Sunday evening performances  are $19.68.  Tickets may be obtained through TeleCharge (212) 239-6200, www.telecharge.com or by visiting the Zipper Theatre box office (336 West 37th Street).
