The multi-talented Alex DeSuze returns to the Indian Road Cafe to host the "No Name Uptown Cabaret Second Monday" monthly singers showcase on Monday, June 8th. DeSuze, whose background includes acting, directing and singing at venues throughout the NYC-metro area, will be joined by musical director Mark Oleszko and featured performer lyric-coloratura soprano Greta M. Herron.

A consummate jazz and cabaret artist, Greta is known for blending her jazz style with an extremely large vocal range, wicked sense of humor and amazingly clear but full high notes. . A huge Ella Fitzgerald and Cleo Lane fan,. she's known as "The Hat Lady" because she is never seen without one of her one-of-a kind creations. Producer Eric Vetter calls the Cabaret an opportunity to enjoy and share your art with your fellow singers, composers and lyricists in a safe and fun place! Indian Road Café, located at 600 West 218th Street, offers an excellent wine, beer and coffee selection as well as great food from paninis to lobster mac and cheese, all amidst a warm and casual atmosphere.
