LISELOTTE IN MAY is a realistic story of a woman in her early 30's, searching for companionship, to finally share her life with someone. She's lived secluded from the world for a decade because of her job and once it's over, she realizes she's got nobody. No friends, no family and is desperate to finally find a man. So she tries to find old single friends, places marriage ads in the paper in the hopes that someone will want the same things. To find someone to settle down with and start a family, that's all. She's grounded and doesn't expect a Greek God or a Prince, just a regular guy...She's not asking too much, is she?

This tragicomedy, based on Timea Zsedely's vision will explore loneliness, the need to be with someone in a great city like New York. Throw in aging, growing desperation and a few disturbing events as the play unfolds and you'll have to make a choice. Is this what you wanted from life? Is life giving you the minimum to go forward? Will you give up or will you keep on trying? Liselotte made this choice.
This Universal theme is the main focus of the play. But the director, did not stop there. We will not only see how Liselotte's life events unfold, we'll also get a deep insider's look into her subconscious. What might we find there.....? Promoted as a US Premiere, in a way, it will be a World Premiere. No other theater production has ever done it the way it was intended to be performed: With 2 actors only and through Liselotte's dreams. Until now.

Presented by Pilvax Players, LISELOTTE IN MAY's crew consists of Timea Zsedely (Director), Eszter Kovacs (assistant director, stage manager), Roland Udvari (Light/Sound technician, technical director), Miklos Solyom (visual media director), Bálint Sapszon (musical director, composer). Edina Tokodi (stage and set designer) and Agota Hodi (costume designer, stylist). For a sneak peek video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54SOSZwe9iw
