EW reports exclusively that Nathan Fillion, John Krasinski, Bonnie Hunt, Sean P. Hayes, Charlie Day, Aubrey Plaza and Alfred Molina have joined the voice cast of Disney/Pixar's upcoming animated prequel MONSTERS UNIVERSITY.

The actors will join previously announced cast members Billy Crystal, John Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Dave Foley, Helen Mirren, Julia Sweeney, Joel Murray and Peter Sohn on The Comedy which opens in 3D and 2D theaters on June 21.

Directed by Dan Scanlon, the film explores the backstory of Mike Wazowski and James P. who appear to be an inseparable pair. But that wasn't always the case. From the moment these two mismatched monsters met they couldn't stand each other.
