Jetset Getset Releases Anti-Bullying Song 'Stronger' to Radio Stations

Teen country band Jetset Getset hopes its song "Stronger" will help inspire people who are feeling discouraged.

The song, from the group's album "Saturday Night" (Playback Records), is being released to country radio stations nationwide. A ballad of hope, "Stronger" was written for anyone who feels like a failure or unloved. PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center liked it so much that PACER adopted it for use as part of the organization's bullying prevention program used in schools nationwide.

"Many kids are bullied because they are perceived as being different," said PACER's NBPC Director Julie Hertzog. "'Stronger' is powerful because it speaks about the value in being who you really are."

"We are honored to be involved with PACER because of the organization's emphasis on education," Jette said. "You have to change attitudes about bullying before you can effectively change behavior."

A music video for "Stronger," which is featured on PACER's website, includes singer Sadie Loveland, who resigned recently from Jetset Getset to devote more time to other interests.

Jetset Getset is now comprised of singers Tori Little and Avery Eliason, and musicians Jason Owens (lead guitar), Justen Jette (rhythm guitar), Paul Kelley (bass), Gillian Bowman (drums) and Terry Ranck (keyboard). The group was named by the Country Music Association among "Who New to Watch" in 2013.

The music of Jetset Getset is available through iTunes, Amazon and other online retailers. "Stronger" ("Than You Seem") is being distributed to radio stations through Play MPE.
