Kaikoura has a history and it comes with the rich marine and wild life, some are visitors, others are unique to the area. Author Jennifer Kemp pens a vibrant picture book that brings the rich marine world to life and tells the story of what one can see and hear from the depths of the ocean floor with her new publication, Kaikoura's Peninsula.

Jennifer Kemp was born in Waikato, New Zealand in 1983. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her visit to Kaikoura leads her to find the love of the beautiful scenery and creatures. Kaikoura's Peninsula is Jennifer's first written and illustrated children's book. She currently lives in Fremantle, Western Australia.
