Gabriel Iglesias, Jim Norton & More Set for Comedy Central 'Stand-Up Month' This April

April is Stand-Up Month on Comedy Central featuring four premiere stand-up specials throughout the month, as well as the eighth annual South Beach Comedy Festival. "Kristen Schaal: Live at the Fillmore" premieres Monday, April 1 at midnight ET/PT; the supersized two-night world premiere of Gabriel Iglesias' new special "Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy" airs on Sunday, April 7 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT and Sunday, April 14 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT; the network television premiere of "Jim Norton: Please Be Offended" airs Saturday, April 20, at 12:30 p.m. ET/PT; and the Comedy Central original one-hour stand-up special "Al Madrigal: Why is the Rabbit Crying?" debuts Friday, April 26 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Rounding out the month of exciting stand-up programming are one-hour specials from fan favorites including Jeff Dunham, Daniel Tosh, AZIZ ANSARI, Katt Williams and Chris Rock, as well as the South Beach Comedy Festival, returning to Miami Beach Wednesday, April 17 to Sunday, April 21.

Known to many as a contributor on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" and as an eccentric crazed fan on HBO's "Flight of the Conchords," Kristen Schaal kicks off the month by unleashing her hysterical comedic wit upon San Francisco in her first Comedy Central original one-hour special. Celebrated stand-up comedian, "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart" correspondent, and LA family man Al Madrigal debuts his first Comedy Central one-hour stand-up special, "Why Is The Rabbit Crying?" Madrigal brings his unstoppable storytelling Style to the special, telling true tales of Coach Frankie, the Cholo soccer dad; "Liam Neeson," the mushroom-addled cleaning lady; and Jesus the day laborer, closing out Stand-Up Month in spectacular fashion.
