Actor Telly Leung, star of the current revival of GODSPELL as well as TV's 'Glee' will be performing at Birdland Jazz Club on May 14th.  Leung shared the news on his Twitter account last Friday tweeting, "Mark your calendars! I'm singing at @birdlandjazz in NYC on Monday, 5/14, 7:00 pm. Honored to play that room. Stay tuned for more details."

Leung's other Broadway, national and regional credits include Flower Drum Song, Pacific Overtures, the Chicago sit-down company of Wicked, Sweeney Todd and Allegiance.

A native of Brooklyn, Leung is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has continued to branch out to other avenues of the performing arts. His debut EP, 'Getaway,' is available from the website CDBaby.com. On 'Glee', Leung appeared as a member of the glee choir The Warblers.
