First Look: This Year's Glamorous Adelaide Cabaret Festival Season Brochure!

It's that time of year again. Not only is everybody talking about awards season here in New York, but this is when the buzz starts about the Adelaide Cabaret Festival in Australia. It's one of the greatest gigs for an American performer (or any performer) to get, and has been getting stronger and stronger every year.

The wait is over, on who's going over from the US this year as the entire season was announced just a few weeks ago. Today, we're excited to share the festival's magnificent brochure, that you can see here or below!

This year, Kate Ceberano, Artistic Director has managed to secure performances by Kathy Najimy, Darlene Love, Robert Davi, Ann Hampton Callaway and Liz Callaway, Faith Prince (with Anthony Warlow), Brian d'Arcy James, up & comer Scott Evan Davis, Ben Rimalower will present the Australian premiere of his long running Off-Off Broadway hit solo play Patti Issues and Mark Nadler returns to entertain audiences on the other side of the world.

They will be joined by other world talents that have been handpicked by the team for the festival, led by producer Torben Brookman. Brookman is in New York this week, catching Broadway shows, and seeing Kristin Chenoweth at Carnegie Hall on Saturday night, May 3. Torben invited Ms. Chenoweth to headline last year's festival, and to produce an Australian tour that included the Sydney Opera house and other historic venues.
