FREDDIE FALLS IN LOVE, a dance narrative by Al Blackstone, will take place on June 6th and June 13th at The Pershing Square Signature Center, 480 West 42nd Street, New York, NY 10036, benefiting Dancers Responding to AIDS, a program of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Tickets now on sale and can be purchased through Ticket Central via www.ticketcentral.com, by calling 212-279-4200, or in person at 416 W. 42nd Street (12-8pm daily).

Al Blackstone, recently seen choreographing show-stopping Broadway numbers on "So You Think You Can Dance", has created what he calls a dance narrative - a full-length work of dance theatre that uses only the body and music to tell a complete story. Freddie Falls in Love offers a fresh take on an old-fashioned story about a down and out young man and his journey to embrace the beauty of the unknown. Some of the best dancer/actors in New York will bring this story to life with style, energy, and a ton of heart - but this story will be told in a universally accessible way; without saying a single word.

Freddie Falls in Love has assembled a group of the most elite, unique and compelling performers in New York City. The dynamic cast includes Melanie Moore (Season 8 Winner of "So You Think You Can Dance", Bway's Fiddler On The Roof, Finding Neverland), Ricky Ubeda (Season 11 Winner of "So You Think You Can Dance", On The Town), Gaby Diaz (Season 12 Winner of "So You Think You Can Dance"), Matt Doyle (Book of Mormon), Katie Drablos, John Michael Fiumara, Jacob Guzman, Jo Lampert, Lindsay Janisse, Heather Lang, Jess Le Protto, Khori Petinaud, and Chelsea Thedinga. Lighting design is by Cory Pattak with costume design by James Brown III.

"It's rare that a group of artists of this caliber can be in the same place at the same time to collaborate, and so when the opportunity came to bring Freddie to life, I seized it," says Blackstone. "Not a word is spoken by the performers but communication is what makes the show so magical. We have made something completely original to benefit a very important cause, and I am so thrilled to premiere it at one of the most beautiful theatre spaces in New York City."

Freddie Falls in Love will be performed on at 7pm June 6th and 13th only at The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center. Tickets are $ 35.
