Cotuit Center for the Arts announced current and upcoming shows and events.

Only four performances left, Thursday, Dec 15 - Saturday Dec 17 at 7pm and Sunday, Dec 18 at 1pm, of A WInter's Solstice Celebration.

A Medieval celebration including Old English madrigals, carols and dance, Medieval plays and short skits. The audience will enjoy mulled cider and shortbread in the theater set with long banquet tables adorned with greenery, candles and festive tapestries created by art students. We'll have strolling minstrels, wenches and children passing out food and drink, and some well-known carols with audience participation at the end.

The audience is invited to bring their own dinner to enjoy during the festivities. Cider and sweets will be provided. Or you may order a gourmet medieval picnic for two in advance and it will be waiting for you at the box office! Just visit http://www.fiddlestixtrolley.com/?page_id=148 for more information and to place an order.

Christmas Punch will be on Friday, Dec 16 & Saturday, Dec 17 at 4pm & 8pm and Sunday, Dec 18 at 2pm.

A festive concoction with a wicked kick. Two one-act plays: Robert Benchley's classic "Christmas Afternoon in the Manner if Not the Style of Dickens", followed by "The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society's Production of A Christmas Carol," by David McGillivray and Walter Zerlin Jr. - about a wildly inept production of "A Christmas Carol" staged by a community women's group. Great holiday therapy! Starring Diane Quaid, Mrs. Stephen Doyle, Glenn Wall, Hannah Carrita, and Cleo Zani. "God help us, every one!" Presented by Wit's End Arts.
