Broadway Sessions is thrilled to welcome John Arthur Greene and Brian Justin Crum Thursday evening, January 13th. The evening will also celebrate the music of composer Will Van Dyke. On hand to sing music off of Van Dyke's recent debut album will be Matt Doyle, Alex Brightman and Katie Gassert.

John Arthur Greene is best known for his portrayal of Riff in the recent revival of West Side Story. Greene will be singing selections from his upcoming unplugged show at The Metropolitan Room. Brian Just Crum has appeared in Wicked and most recently covered the roles of Gabe and Harry in the Tony winning best musical next to normal. Crum will be going it solo at Joe's Pub in Nowhere Nexto to Normal on January 24th. Matt Doyle has starred on Broadway in Spring Awakening and Bye Bye Birdie and had a recurring role on the television hit Gossip Girl. Alex Brightman has appeared on Broadway in Glory Days and most recently as Boq in WIcked. Katie Gassert was featured in the national touring production of Seussical. All 3 vocalists will be featured in Will Van Dyke: Live, celebrating the release of Van Dyke's debut album 'Chasing the Day', on Le Poisson Rouge, January 17th.

 Broadway Sessions w/ Ben D is described as an evening of musical performances, games, comedy and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show takes place every Thursday evening at The Midtown Theater (163 west 46th street, inside the HA! Comedy Club). It is hosted by Ben Cameron (Wicked, Aida, Footloose). Doors open at 10:30, showtime at 11pm and open mic going til 2 am. There is no cover charge or minimum for this event. Donations will be collected for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids.
