Behind The Scenes Of A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC Cast Recording With Sondheim & MorePeer behind the scenes of the creation of the legendary original Broadway cast recording of Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler's romantic musical A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC in 1973 with a vivid series of new photographs just released.

Master composer/lyricist Sondheim can be seen smoking, smiling and soaking up the sounds of the scene in some of the shots, while stars Len Cariou, Hermione Gingold and Glynis Johns can each be glimpsed in their moments at the microphone, as well.

Additionally, uber producer Goddard Lieberson addresses the entire company with Sondheim close behind.

Plus, get a glimpse of co-stars Patricia Elliot, Teri Ralston, D'Jamin Bartlett and more.

Of note, the photos were lens by photographer Don Hunstein.
