The three-course meal will offer selections including Buffalo Mozzarella served over steak tomatoes and pesto sauce, Octopus Carpaccio marinated in extra virgin olive oil with lemon and fresh herbs, Chilean Seabass with spinach and lemon capper sauce, and Rack of Lamb with saffron risotto.
