Flemish dramaturgy based on stamps that represent the Cadiz of the Pepa (1810-1812), the horror of the war, the beauty of their land, the importance of creating a historic Constitution in the world; the influence, hope, the joy, the desire to live and freedom.

Spectacle of flamenco dance splashed Cadiz details that highlights the peculiar character of the people of this blessed land and which leads to a "Pepa" of today, 200 years later.
