Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Raises $23 Million Toward Keystone Campaign

By:

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center has announced that $23 million dollars of contributions and pledges has been raised-to-date toward the Keystone Campaign, a $25 million endowment fund to support the arts now and for future generations. The funds raised will provide long-term financial stability to the nonprofit's long-range business plan.

"The community's response to the Keystone Campaign has been remarkable and we are thankful to those that have generously contributed," said Chairman of the Fox Cities P.A.C. Board of Directors John J. Hogerty II. "I encourage individuals and businesses to invest now as it will make a lasting mark on our wonderful performing arts center's ability to deliver impactful programs."

The Keystone Campaign was publicly announced in Nov. 2012. At the time of the announcement $17 million in contributions and pledges had been raised during a quiet, leadership phase. Over the last year and a half the campaign received $6 million from individuals and businesses who made muti-year pledges, cash gifts, legacy gifts or donated to memorialize a loved one who was passionate about the arts.

"The community has always been the star in our production," said Fox Cities P.A.C. President Susan Stockton. "Their response to the Keystone Campaign has been incredible. We continue to update the Keystone Campaign Donor Wall of Honor as donations are received. Now is the time to step up and support to help us reach our goal."

The Keystone Campaign Donor Wall of Honor recognizes contributors who have made a tax-deductible gift of $5,000 or more and is located in the Center's Dress Circle Lobby.

The Keystone Campaign supports the Center's subsidized mission-based programs by:

  • Providing sufficient cash reserves to weather the volatility of the theater business

  • Generating capital for unanticipated challenges like downturns in the economy

  • Protecting and maintaining the facility by planning for long-term maintenance needs
