LPTM has run a competition amongst its reviewers for one full length play and three short plays to be performed as rehearsed readings with a cast of professional actors to include Artistic Directors from pub theatres.

ACT I

When hairdresser, Tina agrees to give Gladys, her oldest and most loyal customer, one final cut, it’s an endeavour beset with complications. For a start, Gladys is no longer alive and laid out in a funeral parlour. And, a cut and blow dry is not so straightforward when rigor mortis has already set in. Will Tina be able to restore Gladys to her former glory? And will Barry, Gladys’s heartbroken son finally be able grieve and move forward with his life?
