Writer Karim Khan examines the pressures that surround young Muslim men in this lyrical, funny and heart-wrenching coming-of-age tale.Best friends Mohsen and Kash are preparing for their post-school future, but first they need to attend the social event of the year Jess Denvers pool party. Fuelled by halal Haribo, university-minded Mohsen and girl-crazy Kash wont let the fact they cant swim stand in their way, but learning how to swim is more than a quick jump in the deep end Mohsen and Kash must tackle expectations, prejudice and public changing rooms.
